Pair-A-Dice Membership costs

*Membership cost $10,000
**Average cost of existing improvements $3,000
Annual Escapee membership $49.95 per year
Annual Maintenance Fee $1,400 per year
***Average electric per month this area $138 ($1,656 annually)

If you stay in your site full time, your estimated monthly cost will be $258.83

*You can sell back your site to the Co-op for what you paid at any time.
**If you get a site that has "improvements" you will pay the depreciated cost of the improvements above the $10,000 membership cost.
***This is for a rolling 12 month period - very high in the summer - lower in winter
