this video about best setting in video mode but also you use these setting in photo section. i use canon 700d in this video but u apply these setting any canon and sony dslr or mirrorless camers.

00: section
1 menu mode
manual change setting option
2 image quality/ raw format
information and detail in your video
3 exposure composition
shutter speed, aperture, iso
shutter speed
use double shutter speed then u frame rate if u use 24fps use 1/50 shutter speed and if use 60fps use 1/120 shutter speed
aperture
use maximam f 3.5 for shallow depeth of field
if u have low light lens like 24mm or 50mm use in video its help you in low light
iso
don't boost iso more then 100 if u have not low light lens add light in setup or use iso 200 not more good video quality

4 picture profile
i use always cine picture profile. its is best picture profile for all situtaion
make new picture profile by user define use netural one
sharper +3
contrast totally -
saturation totally -
colortone totally -
this is flat cine style best for video more infrom in hilght and shadows

5 white balance
use constant Temprature in your videos for best result

6 continous autofocus
enable continous autofocus system forbest result its help ypur for making its self video or cinematic video
always on the af method on face tracking system
