We take a short break in our road trip to spend 5 days on the island of Gorée opposite Dakar. And it's not a stay like the others, the family of Agathe's little sister is native to the island of Gorée. Most of them still live there. We are therefore welcomed as inhabitants of the island and this allowed us to meet many other Goreans. When we discuss with them, we then become aware of the difficulty of having housing and a job on this memory island, which is very coveted by tourists.

In this video we have chosen to show you another face of the island of Gorée which is a very touristic island. We bring you with us into the intimacy of the inhabitants to understand the hidden side of the island.

WHO ARE WE ?
We are both architects and unsurprisingly passionate about architecture. But it is not the only passion that binds us because since our meeting, we take advantage of every opportunity to discover new countries.
For us, architecture and travel are above all emotions. These are the emotions that we put at the center of our stories and our creations.
