Sibs is the UK charity for brothers and sisters of disabled children and adults. At Sibs, we know what a valuable role siblings play in the lives of their disabled brothers and sisters, how unique their relationship can be and how they need to be recognised and celebrated in their own right too.

Our volunteers donate their time, energy and compassion to Sibs. They set up and facilitate adult sibling support groups across the UK, reaching countless siblings each month to provide a safe and supportive environment for siblings to just be themselves. Our facilitators give so much back, and in this video, we asked them "What does being a facilitator for Sibs give you?". We were blown away by their responses.

Are you an adult sibling who grew up with a brother or sister who has a lifelong disability? Would you like to meet other siblings? Join a support group here https://www.sibs.org.uk/support-for-a...
