I am an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, based in Northamptonshire in the UK.
This video introduces the lovely Layers of Beauty stamps- along with their matching stencils and dies. You can of course colour these images in themselves with your choice of colouring medium, but the stencils make light work of any colouring - why not give them a try?
An embossed background sets off the die cut image, and as you can see in the video, there is an additional die for part of the rose - allowing you some easy decoupage.
