My kitchen smells heavenly with the cinnamon, apple and sweet potatoes all cooking 🍁 These are just a few of my favorite recipes to make during the fall.

🍎 Apple Pie Syrup
* 1 cup water
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 1 cinnamon stick
* 1 cut up apple
Simmer in pot until all sugar is melted and apple is mushy. Cool, strain and store in fridge for 2 weeks.

🍁 Apple Snickerdoodles:
1 1/4 cups all putpose flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 peeled and chopped apple
2 tsp cornstarch for apple
1 tsp cinnamon for rolling
2 TBSP white sugar for rolling

Coat chopped apples in cornstarch and set aside.
Beat butter and sugars together. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients. Fold in cornstarch apples. Roll into balls and coat in cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
