Costochondritis can be a painful and persistent form of chest pain. Frustratingly, I find that the underlying cause of costochondritis is often completely overlooked based on its relative latency.
Clinically, I find that the hidden cause of anterior rib joint pain actually stems from somewhere else - the upper back. And in today's video, I discuss this covert link and offer up an insanely simple and effective exercise to help rectify this cause.
