Mandala Gardens are designed using geometric shapes laid out to create a pattern or symbol that, spiritually speaking, traditionally represents the universe, or the gateway to a spiritual journey.

In this episode, I meet and have a walk around with the founder of The Nairobi Physic Garden, Deborah Coulson’s marvelous Medicinal Mandala Garden, which she created at her home in Karen.

Mandala formations are used as tools for meditation, relaxation, for focusing the mind, or for contemplation of creation.
