Dead Reckoning trail in Park City Utah is a legit black diamond trail. With jumps that are as big as Levitate but all of them are gaps and all of them are mandatory. This is not one you can get a lawyer for. Any case will prove disastrous. Do not ride this trail unless you are completely and totally comfortable hitting big gaps, doubles and triples.
