The day is finally here! We set off for destination, Alaska.
We drove across Michigan's Upper Peninsula and camped for the night at Nelson Landing RV Park in Wisconsin which is near the Mississippi River.
We explored the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum in Pepin, WI, and visited her birthplace about 10 miles from Pepin.
