Chicken seasoning to taste
2 tspn adobo seasoning
Pinch of salt

2 red bell pepper

1 bunch spring onion

1 white onion Or red onion

Scotch bonnet pepper to taste
1/2 cup oil

5 cups of rice ( I used the 250 ml cup )

2 Tbspn tomatoe paste

2 tspn thyme

1 cup chicken stock / coconut milk
