The fault light on the vehicle indicator is sometimes caused by permanent and problems that need to be solved, and sometimes due to malfunctions occurring at that moment and resolved later. That is, when a sensor makes an incorrect measurement for any reason, it informs the vehicle's ECU. Although the ECU interprets this fault up to a point, it informs the user by burning the engine fault light or another fault light on the display screen in case there is a problem in the vehicle after a point. However, these sensors sometimes give false alarms and cause us to go for a run. it requires us to contact the service with concern. When they connect the vehicle to the computer in the services and examine the fault, they often see a temporary fault record.
When you delete the fault codes, you will not get rid of the error. After a few km, the fault sign may turn on again. In this case, there is no solution other than fixing the fault you detected.
So what should we do in this situation?
1) We can switch the ignition on and off 5 times in between without starting the vehicle. So we can speed up time.
2) We can fix the vehicle's malfunction by the method of pressing the accelerator pedal.
* turn on the ignition and wait for 3 seconds to start the vehicle,
* Press the accelerator pedal down to the bottom 5 times in a row,
* then wait for 7-10 seconds and hold it down by pressing the accelerator pedal completely,
* hold the accelerator pedal for 10 seconds and release the pedal when the malfunction lamp starts flashing after a while,
* flashing slowly accelerates after a while and burns fast. In this case, we keep the gas pressed again. As it slows down and accelerates again, we leave the pedal after accelerating again.
* then we turn off the ignition.
* wait a bit and then start again
* the fault light will be deleted
3) If the method is, you can disconnect your battery, so leave the headlight switch on for about 5-10 minutes because sometimes other systems of the vehicle are capacitors etc. they do not collect the energy on them and discharge immediately. You can then connect the battery. It is likely that it varies from vehicle to vehicle, but memory information of some equipment such as radio on / off functions may be lost.
4) Another method is to buy an OBD device to see what the malfunction is and to have information about the solutions of the malfunction. However, the codes you will find are universal fault codes. Since the codes of some malfunctions are specific to the vehicle, the code you find may lead you to search for a fault in an irrelevant part.
