We're loading our dimpled feed hopper with colored popcorn. The hopper has a sifter pan attachment so that smaller particles are discarded and not packaged. Popcorn travels up our bucket conveyor which released the popcorn into the hopper of our 4 head linear scale where it is weighed and when the target weight is achieved the popcorn is released through the funnel and into the VFFS machine to create the perfect sample sized pillow pack of product.
