6 months House Arrest & HARD LABOUR - Renovating a house in THAILAND!

See all the work that's been happening at my Thai girfriend's house in Jomtien in readiness to put it on the rental market! LeLe took on the mortgage repayments for the pool villa after her younger sister died. The monthly repayments are way beyond both her and my means so we've had to renovate the house fast in order to make it ready for AIRBNB and/or private long-term rental.

Within the next two months we will move out to a more modest rental in Pattaya and the 3 bedroom property will be available for holiday rental.
