In the video I used 3mm stainless steel plates 430 and carbon steel 6160
Sand and clean the inner parts of the plates well with acetone or combustible alcohol, then without touching the clean parts, seal the entire billet with solder.
Simple electrode 6013 can be used
Heat the billet to 1200 degrees, until it reaches a bright yellow, then beat the entire length of the billet evenly to heat.
Repeat the boiling process 4 or 5 times!
