“Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World?” (なぜ僕の世界を誰も覚えていないのか？) is a fantasy anime that follows the story of Kai, a boy who finds himself in a world where history has been mysteriously rewritten. Originally, humanity triumphed in a great war led by the hero Sid. However, in this altered timeline, Sid never existed, leading to humanity’s defeat and subjugation by other races such as dragons and demons.

Kai, inexplicably unaffected by the changes, discovers that he has been erased from everyone’s memories. Determined to restore the original timeline, he meets a mysterious girl named Rinne, who inspires him to take up the hero’s mantle. Armed with Sid’s sword and martial skills, Kai sets out to challenge the powerful enemy races and reclaim humanity’s lost glory
