Desserts are everyone’s favourite. And this is a very simple one to make.

🍓 Here I’ve used only flour, caster sugar, desiccated coconut, baking powder and butter for making the base.
🍓For the topping, you can use sliced strawberries or strawberry jam.
🍓And for the top layer(the crisp) I used and egg 🥚, Rolled oats, sugar and desiccated coconut 🥥

The consistency of the base should be of bread crumbs.
You can add a splash of water if you find it difficult to press the base.
Pre heat and baking Temp of oven should be 180 C.
For the base 12-15 mts until it turns light brown.
And let it cool before you add the toppings.
After adding the top layer of egg and oats, bake again for 12-15 mts or until the top is light brown to medium.
