DJ Rob Alahn certainly appears to have a passion for music, DJ gear and DJ culture! This is made clearer when you look at his body of work as a DJ. From the legendary parties he threw with friends Brent Hawkins and David Burton back in the day at Sauers in Chicago (when house music first took off) to a ten year residency he currently enjoys with DJ Doug W at the epicenter of house music in Las Vegas—the Downtown Cocktail Room. His passion for DJ gear is on full display at work at the 1 Stop DJ Shop In Las Vegas thanks in part to Jason Gulley who started the boutique retail brand in California 7 years ago. At the Las Vegas store DJ Rob Alahn makes contributions to the local scene with full support hosting events like Skratchpad Las Vegas with legend DJ MR. VIBE and selling professional dj gear, lights and accessories to local and international DJs alike. He even delivers locally day or night if clients can’t make it to the shop!!! The only place you might be more awed by his love for the DJ scene, music and DJ gear besides the shop is at his home. His passion and pure love for all things DJ is on full display! Collectibles from turntables, adapters, stabilizers, weights, speakers, vinyl, CDs sound cards and yes—rotary mixers abound in his extraordinary collection.
