✓ You simply cannot get fresher ice cream than this - Indian Street Food style hand rolled ice cream!!! (aka "Fried Ice Cream Rolls" in Thailand / Bangkok).

Because Thursday 25th of July 2019 is forecast to be the hottest day with temperatures predicted to be around about 38 degrees, we thought it more than appropriste to publish something to cool you down!!!

Once the freshly made ice cream has been created it's topped with a generous squirt of caramel or chocolate sauces.

This style of freshly made ice cream is very similar to Gelato ice cream because it has a dense, milky texture that's less creamy than the "fat heavy" American-style ice creams.
