8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
12 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
14 oz artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a stand mixer until fluffy.
2. Add parmesan, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, and spinach to the cream cheese mixture.
3. Grease an 8x8 glass pan. Spread mixture in the pan and top with remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
