Found this little gem last night. There is a hidden trigger that activates a different (incomplete) painting reveal sequence in Chapter Select. All you need to do is get to the hidden picture location and chirp 31 times. I do it from behind the wall to show more dramatic camera movement, but you can also activate it standing in front of the painting.
