Haha, I managed to get nab this run just a few hours ago.

This run is just the definition of touhou.
Stage 1: Perfect
Stage 2: Really good
Stage 3: Really good
Stage 4: Loses all of my lives

I also beat the Extra Stage immediately afterwards, so if I can I might upload that soon.
