Greg Hanrahan, Senior Director of Premium Seating at the United Center in Chicago, guides us through the arena's recent renovation. Designed by HOK, a new atrium addition on the east side of the original building now introduces a better ingress experience for fans with cover from wintry elements, a new box office, team store, and event space for non-gamedays, as well as new office space for Bulls, Blackhawks, and United Center staff. By pulling all of these elements out of the original building, space became available for enhanced restaurant destinations, premium offerings, and other revenue drivers.
