Many people are interested in becoming mushroom growers, however, there is little research or information available to help get people started. In the first half of the June edition of Cornell Small Farms Program’s monthly mushroom webinar, extension specialists Steve Gabriel and Yolanda Gonzalenz discuss the development of new budget tools and the new www.CornellMushrooms.org project that will train new mushroom educators.

These free webinars occur on the first Wednesday of each month, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, and are recorded and posted for later viewing on CornellMushrooms.org and on the Cornell Small Farms Program’s YouTube channel.
