In this video I explore the importance of adapting curriculum content to be more inclusive of LGBTQ+ identities. I share my goals for inclusion and how I aim to achieve them, some ideas for using gender inclusive language (GIL) in English and Spanish, and a number of inclusive resources I use in MFL. I also share some ideas for adapting or re-framing non-inclusive resources to ensure MFL lessons are still as inclusive as possible.
