Many years ago we painted the wooden ceiling and walls with clear varnish. It was a big mistake. It was beautiful at first, but over time the wood darkened. The room became dark. We decided to brighten up the room. We renew the ceiling and walls. We don't want to hide the natural grain of the wood, so we use semi-transparent white paint. At the same time, we finish the window, clean and wash everything. Enjoy your viewing.
