We will tone and reduce fat in your arms with an effective routine that only takes 15 minutes. In the first week, you will notice firmer arms with less fat.

Join me in these 4 exercises, each lasting 30 seconds, and we'll do 3 sets. Stay consistent and you'll see amazing results!

Routine:
- First Exercise: Bend your arms at chest height and lift them.
- Second Exercise: Bend your arms at shoulder height, turn your hands, and extend your arms.
- Third Exercise: Arms extended, palms up, and make forward circles.
- Fourth Exercise: Arms extended touching the floor and lift them.
