In this video, we practice the 4-7-8 breathing exercise, an effective technique for dealing with stress and anxiety. This scientifically proven technique helps to stabilize your blood pressure and calm your pulse. You start by breathing in through your nose for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds and slowly exhale for 8 seconds. We do this breathing exercise together to help you relax in your daily life. Close your eyes, get in a comfortable place and follow my instructions to practice this wonderful technique. Don't forget to share how you feel after the exercise in the comments!
