How to make curved inlay into a board. The trick is to remove as much wood as with what you're going to use as the inlay. For example if your inlay is 1/4" thick then you MUST remove a 1/4" of material from your board. If you just draw a line and cut on that line with the bandsaw the curves will not line back up and you'll have gaps.
