This is the easiest and simpliest way to make a Kamias Candy Pang Negosyo.

Ingredients:
60 pcs big size kamias fruits
3 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp apog powder (yong ginagamit sa pag nga nga... para maging firm or matigas yong candy) or baking soda (para mabawasan ang asim ng candy) (this is optional you can omit this it doesn't matter)

note: if you use apog don't forget to rinse it with water before squeezing it... it might hava a bitter taste. food grade apog ang gamitin... kung hindi kayo sure na foodgrade omit nyo na lang po.
