500 gr ikan lele (1 lb of catfish)
500 gr sagu tapioka (1 lb of tapioca flour)
2 SDM udang kering (2 tbsp of dried shrimp)
1 butir telur (an egg)
1 SDM garam (1 tbsp of salt)
250 gr air dingin (a cup of water)

#kuahcuko

150 gr cabai rawit (6 oz of Thai chili)
250 gr gula merah (1/2 lb of palm sugar)
9 siung bawang putih (9 cloves of garlic)
2 sdt garam (2 tsp of salt)
50 gr asam Jawa (2 oz of tamarind)
1 SDM udang kering (1 tbsp of dried shrimp)
800 CC air (3,5 cups of water)
