Twin Peaks season 3 part 11 is jam packed with a ton of information, and advances several stories we're following. In the Return part 11 we find out Shelly is now Shelly Briggs, not Shelly Johnson. This means her and Bobby Briggs were married, and that Becky is their daughter. Becky has an intense scene where she chases down her husband Steven and ends up firing a gun through another woman's apartment door.
We move from Twin Peaks to Buckhorn where Gordon, Albert, Tammy, Diane, and Detective Mackley are being lead to the site where Bill Hastings met Major Briggs. There we see a vortex open in the sky that almost pulls Gordon in. We see woodsmen inside the vortex, and on the grounds around where the site is located. One of them appears to kill William Hastings, and we also see Ruth Davenport's decapitated body show up.
From Buckhorn we head to Las Vegas where Dougie Coop almost gets killed by the Mitchum Brothers. Coop gets some help from Mike, the one-armed man, and Bradley has a dream with gives him pause at their meeting. While Rodney definitely wants to move forward with their plan Bradley is convinced that Dougie Jones is not their enemy and when they find out he has a 30 million dollar check for them, the Mitchum brothers take him out to celebrate.
In the final scene of Twin Peaks season 3 episode 11 we see Dougie Coop with the Mitchums, and everyone seems to be happy. We see at the Twin Peaks sheriff's department that Deputy Hawk and Sheriff Truman are looking at a very old map, and that the Log Lady calls Hawk again.
