chives
fresh squid

how to make
1. Trim the chives, cut off the ends of the leaves, and cut into 2 pieces.
2. Peel the squid and slice it lengthwise.
3. Mix rice flour with pancake powder or wheat flour at a ratio of 3:1, add gardenia water or saffron water and knead to make a thin dough.
