Today I would like to introduce my night routine.
When I come home, I open the window and remove my accessories. I wash my hands and do the dishes. After finishing dinner, I wash dishes and make tea. After darkening the lights in my room and watching a drama or movie, I do a simple workout and take a bath. After the bath, I burn incense and read a book before going to bed.
I continue to spend my days taking care of my health.
