So although routers seem to be one of those power tools the intimidate or even out and out scar new woodworkers, they really are quite simple tools. It's just a motor spinning a sharp cutter! They're noisy and I think that's what scares people...... That and the fact that there is some pretty bad information out there, thats sometime a little misleading or confusing.
