Tips:
. Know your menu. There's little room for error in this level. Make sure you're clear about how to make those salads!
. First priority, focus on the head table and piano. You have the least amount of time to serve these.
. Second priority, keep customers moving at the counter. Serving check-out combos is NOT a priority.
. Lastly, serve the 2 side tables.
. Keep your cool and don't panic. Reaching 3 stars can been done without completing the side objective. So, if all else fails, focus on the side objective with 1 play-through, and 3 stars with another.
