In this video we will learn to make a complete painting of a Tree of Life, in traditional kachni style of Madhubani or Mithila Art, which is an Indian folk art form. We begin with sketching the borders and then sketch the design. I have used all the traditional motifs and the technique is also authentic. I begin with sketching the design using a pen, and filling the motifs with intricate patterns and fine lines, then I fill the background with colors.

Material Needed
A4 size Thick Paper around 300gsm as base
any Black Waterproof pen (thick and thin tip)
Round Brush - size 0, 1, 4
Acrylic Paint - blue, red,
