Roy is here at Rabbit Rabbit in Asheville, NC looking to get a peep at Willie Nelson.
As many gather to listen to the legendary Country Star play for a sold out show Roy is here just to get a look at his “Boy".
I was drawn to Roy as he walked around the venue trying to see through the privacy tarp, "I just want to see him."
He eventually sat at a picnic table just outside the entrance & I ask Roy if he would tell me a story. I realized that the reason he wanted to see Willie Nelson was because he was very hard of hearing.
After asking permission to film, the conversation began. I hope you enjoy as much as I did. He is a survivor & in my mind he is as legendary as Mr. Willie Nelson himself.
