I'm still not entirely sure how that 'mission failed' thing happened. My theory is maybe I 'failed' the thing to get across (I didn't realize it was just a 'hold to get across' thing, I am just hard-wired at this point to think those are button mashers, honestly just a really weird thing to have a button prompt for), but still lived which led to that weird sequence, but I dunno.
