LRS full meaning is Layout Regularisation Scheme (ల్యాండ్ రెగ్యులరైజేషన్ స్కీం). Telangana/Andhra government aims at promoting urban development. Using LRS scheme, illegal plots under municipal area can be regularized in all Citys/Villages in Telangana(Hyderabad,Secunderabad,Khammam,Warngal,Karmimnagar etc).

LRS Fees : Individual owners : Rs. 1000/- along with application and the layout developers : Rs. 10,000/- for the entire layout. The online application can be filed using the website.

LRS status can be checked in http://lrs.dtcp.telangana.gov.in/.
