115g softened, unsalted butter
200g sugar
3 egg whites
1tsp vanilla extract
120ml whole milk
120ml heavy cream
200g all-purpose flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt
Rainbow sprinkles
-Cream butter and sugar together
-Add in egg whites and vanilla extract and mix
-Add dry ingredients, starting on low speed
-Slowly stream in milk and cream
-Add as many rainbow sprinkles as you want
-Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes
