This DIY has been a long time coming because I completed this back in late September 2020! As of today, January 31, 2021, this slat wooden floor mat is going strong.

Adding a wooden slat floor to your shower can give it an instant upgrade and spa-like feel, especially if you have dated tile!

For your convenience, I have listed the materials used below:

• 2x2 Slats (Cedar, Teak, or Redwood to be cut the width of your shower)
•Two 1x2 (In the wood you chose to be cut the length of your shower)
•1x2x2 Spacers
•Wood Glue
•Stainless Screws (nails are also an option)
