350g lean beef
150g mushroom
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp oil
1 onion
1/2 tsp lazy garlic
1 tsp thyme
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
250 ml beef stock
Corn flour or gravy granules to thicken

Suet top
170g self raising flour
20g corn flour
60g shredded suet
225 ml milk
1/2 tsp thyme
Pinch of salt
