This week was a lot of fun as we've decided to take some time to build a perimeter for a garden and start the process of learning to grow our own food. Costco is getting more and more expensive as the years go, yet food grows for free when you have a good set up.

I guess you can consider me a millennial who has known better for the last five years, but dragged her feet to get to this place

We get asked what our food budget is per month, and as it stands right now it's about $3,000 to $4000 per month in food and while we are ever increasing our income, it seems we are being drawn back to nature.

6 eggs
1 cup sugar divided in half
2 8oz mascarpone cheese
4 boxes lady fingers
1 cup black coffee
