Mental Health Bloggers Meet Up #MHBSouthCoast
The first meet up was held in Southampton in January 2017.

Mental health bloggers and mental health vloggers meet to talk blogging, vlogging and mental health. We discussed pets, living arrangements, relationships, depression, anxiety, OCD, BPD, food, triggers, environments and life.
