Me, I love fruitcake. The texture, the flavor which is so delicious and so tempting. Moist and sweet and sour taste which really unstoppable to eat specially during summer.
So today, this recipe of fruit cake i want to share with you is so delicious. And i am certain, you’re going to love this recipe.
You better try this one.

All you need :
-140g unsalted butter ( room temperature) / if just came out from fridge, pop in a microwave for 30seconds ( it will be half melted and half softened)
-130g granulated sugar
-Lemon zest from 1 lemon
-2 large eggs
-110g cake flour/all purpose flour
1/2-1 cup dried mixed fruits

Optional:
-Lemon juice ( squeezed from 1 lemon )
-3tbsp granulated sugar

That’s it! Just few ingredients and you are good to go!
