Spring has arrived! More sunshine, more dry days! As we continue our cleaning spree around the house and barns, we're uncovering all sorts of treasure, the one more useful than the other. We're hacking away at brambles and liberating trees from their thorny grasp, making our yard more manageable and creating cozy shady spots to relax in this summer. This week had its challenges too - I got something in my eye and had to make a quick trip to the hospital for a check-up. But no worries, everything's all good now! :) Oh, and exciting news - we're welcoming a new member to our family: a rooster to protect our hens from predators! Join us this week as we enjoy stunning views of misty mornings in the valley and listen to the joyful chorus of birds welcoming the arrival of spring.
