The BCIMA water and sewage meeting was again cancelled due to lack of proper members present. A pre-meeting discussion was recorded for the purpose of asking question of the members until there was a quorum. After the cancelled meeting; a few days later, a review of the physical plant was videoed.

Enjoy the presentation. Unfortunately, the BCIMA meeting is held in the control room of the plant, the abusive sound is the plant control panel sound.
