In this video, I am going to show you how to start a gas fireplace during power outage, it can save your life during massive blackout. There are 2 kind of fireplace on the market, namely Millivolt Ignition System (the one with pilot light) and Electronic Ignition System which requires 120V. Newer houses come with the later model, I will focus on that because many people don't know about it. If you have a gas powered generator, you may be interested in watching one of my older videos on how to install the furnace transfer switch. Recently I bought a NOCO GCP1 inlet, it is a good idea to look up with Reliance TF151W.

Hope this help. My goal is inspire more people into DIY and home improvement projects. Give this a thumbs up if you find some good information in the video. You may also want to check out other videos on my channel, I am pretty sure you will love them. Remember to subscribe.
