This is one of my implementation of ViBe background Model(RGB Version) which can process each frame in around 10ms( HD,not include the time for the CCD to capture the image) or less, ViBe is protected by several patents, if you need to use it, please visit http://www2.ulg.ac.be/telec... and contact the author to get licensing, the inventor has better version and they are very helpful. Enjoy it.
